Making Child Support/Spousal Payments

Cash Payments

Cash payments only are accepted at the local Clermont County Child Support Office

The address is 2400 Clermont Center Drive, Suite 107 Batavia, Ohio 45103

The Collections entrance is located on the South side of the Medical Social Service Building.

Payment window hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:30 p.m.

All payments posted after 1:30 p.m. will be processed the following business day

Payments On-line

Clermont County Child Support Enforcement accepts online debit card payments from MasterCard® and credit card payments from MasterCard® and Discover® through Official Payments Corp., for Clermont County Child Support cases only. The payment will be debited from your bank account or credit card. Then, 2-3 business days after the transaction, the payment will be posted to your Clermont County Child Support case. Please have the SETS case number (7000000000) available prior to accessing the website.

Credit card payment (MasterCard®) can also be made on-line at www.e-ChildsPay.com.

  • All payments made on this website are subject to a transaction fee of $11.75.

Debit card payments can also be made on-line at www.expertpay.com. To initiate this process, access the website and register as a user. The payment will be debited from your bank account and, five business days later, the payment is sent to Ohio Child Support Payment Central (CSPC).

  • Employers can obtain billing coupons by accessing the website.
  • This service is free for all payments sent to Ohio CSPC


Payment via Telephone (IVR)

Clermont County Child Support Enforcement accepts credit card payments via telephone from MasterCard® and Discover® by calling toll free 800-272-9829. You must use jurisdiction code 4529. Please have your SETS case number (7000000000) available prior to accessing the IVR.

Payments via Employer

You can make payments through your employer. For more information on how to set this up, contact your investigator and give them the following information: your employers name, address and phone number. Your investigator will then send a wage withholding order to your employer to have your support automatically withheld from your paycheck each pay period. The employer has up to seven business days to submit your payment from the date it was withheld.

Payments via Bank Withdrawal

To have support payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account contact your investigator with your financial institution and account information.

Payments by Mail

Your payment may be in the form of a personal check, money order, traveler's check, or cashier's check. Make checks payable to: Ohio CSPC (Child Support Payment Central) Please send all child support payments via standard U.S. Mail. Do not send checks via overnight delivery. Do not mail checks and/or money orders to Clermont County Child Support.

Information That Must Be Included With Payments

To ensure prompt and accurate posting to your Support Case, please include the following with your payment: Your Name, Your Social Security Number (optional); SETS Case Number (10 digit number that begins with a 7); Court Order Number; Amount that should be applied to each case (if you are making payments on multiple cases)

To ensure prompt and accurate posting to your Recoupment Account, please be sure to include the following with your payment: Your Name, Your Social Security Number; Recoupment Account Number (10 digit number that begins with a 0). Amount that should be applied to each account (if you are making payments on multiple accounts)

If a support payment is made by check and your bank does not honor your check, all your cases/orders will be flagged and no additional checks will be accepted. All subsequent payments will have to be made by a secured payment, such as a certified check, money order, or cashier's check.

(Please do not issue Stop Payment on any payment issued to Ohio Child Support Payment Central.)
