Customers can log in to the Child Support Customer Service Web Portal from the Office of Child Support Internet Home Page using the following link: http://jfs.ohio.gov/Ocs/index.stm.
The interactive web portal provides child support customers with on-demand, case specific, address, employment, health insurance, financial history information, credit/debit card payment capabilities and answers to frequently asked questions regarding the child support program. The portal is available twenty-three (23) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, throughout the year (with one hour of down time nightly for maintenance.)
If you are both a payee and a payor you must register as the payee. You will still have access to the cases for which you pay support.
For payees to register, you need your 10 digit SETS case number (begins with a 7), your SSN and the last 4 digits of your direct deposit account or if you receive support on a smiONE Debit Card use the last 4 digits listed on your smiONE Debit Card. If you receive a paper check you must contact your local CSE to obtain your web id#.
For payors to register, you need your 10 digit SETS case number (begins with a 7), your SSN and you must contact your local CSE to obtain you web id#.
Customers (payees and payors) can also register with an Ohio Driver’s License/State ID.
