Introducing the Ohio Child Support Mobile Application

The Ohio Child Support Mobile Application is available now on the App Store and Google Play

The Customer Service Web Portal and Mobile Application has been modified, to allow customers to make recurring online payments on their case(s) via credit/debit card. The “Make a Payment Page” section of the web portal and the Pay Online screen of the mobile application have been modified, to accommodate the new recurring functionality. By selecting a link, customers are driven to the payment site, where they can schedule/edit recurring payments.

The Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal is Ohio’s web-based and mobile application which provides our customers easy on-demand access to their case information, currently on file with the child support agency.  You must register to use the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal and mobile application to utilize the new Mobile App.  Click on “Office of Child Support Customer Service Web Portal” to the far right of the home page or utilize the following link:  For problem resolution registering with the portal, call 1-800-686-1556.

Download the mobile application.  Go to Apple or Google Play Store.

Note: If you are already registered via our online Web portal, your User ID and Password will be used to log into the mobile app.  If you need to register for the Web portal, use the link (listed above).    You may also follow instructions on this page “Office of Child Support customer Service Web Portal” to the far right on the home page.
