Effective September 15, 2025, the Ohio Child Support Payment Central (CSPC) has made important updates to the smiONE debit card enrollment process. These changes are designed to improve transparency and help participants make informed decisions about how they receive their child support payments.

Key Improvements

• Clear Fee and Terms Disclosure: Participants will now receive full details about smiONE card fees and terms before choosing between direct deposit or the debit card.
• Updated Enrollment Letter: The CSPC issued enrollment letter now includes all applicable card fees and terms to support informed decision-making.

Participants may continue to enroll using any of the following methods:

• Visit the Ohio CSPC Internet Payment Website, select “I Receive Support,” and review the card fees and terms before completing a card enrollment.
• Call the CSPC Call Center at 888-965-2676. Callers will be asked to confirm they understand the terms before enrolling in the card.
• Mail the Ohio Child Support Program e-Disbursement Enrollment Form (JFS 08080) or allow mandatory enrollment into the card. The updated enrollment letter will provide the card fees and terms.

These changes will ensure greater transparency and clarity for all participants during the enrollment process.
