Payors can receive text message reminders by visiting: http://oh.smartchildsupport.com

If the payor opts into Pay by Text, they will link a credit card and schedule text message payment reminders at a frequency of their choosing. Payments are processed when payors respond to the text message or follow the prompts from the hyperlink to the secure payment information page. This is an additional convenience for payors to make a payment with a few taps on their cell phone. The payor can opt out of Pay by Text at any time.

On June 29, 2023, Child Support Payment Central (CSPC) transitioned to a new credit card solution called “SMI Pay”. Clients will continue to use the same website to make credit card payments. The only change will be to clients who already had a recurring payment schedule in place. Those clients will need to re-establish their recurring credit card payment schedule via the website at https://oh.smartchildsupport.com.

Credit or debit card payments can be made in person at Clermont County’s Child Support Office, 2400 Clermont Center Drive, Suite 107, Batavia, Ohio 45103.

Payments can be made by telephone through your caseworker (see “About Us” tab for caseworker contact information) or call the main child support telephone number (513) 732-7248.

Payments can also be made online at https://oh.smartchildsupport.com or by phone at 1-855-903-1314.
